From One-Off Events to a Measurable Family Engagement Ecosystem

ResolvED is a scalable family engagement ecosystem built to replace low-attendance meetings with measurable, community-centered leadership.
We partner with school districts through two complementary offerings:

  • Flexible, mobile-first parent engagement workshops (such as Every Day Matters) that any public school can deploy at scale
  • Our flagship 8-month Parent Engagement & Leadership Academy, designed especially for Full-Service Community Schools and schools with dedicated Family Engagement staff

Our workshops are far more than traditional informational sessions — they function as diagnostic feedback loops. As parents complete interactive modules on their own schedules, ResolvED captures real-time, aggregate data on the root causes behind attendance gaps, family needs, and community trends. No individual parent data is shared with districts.

Grounded in the Promotora (Community Health Worker) model, we equip families with practical tools while giving district leaders the exact insights they need to understand why challenges exist and how to better serve their schools.

The result is a clear shift: from guessing what families need to actually knowing — and from low-attendance events to sustained, measurable family engagement capacity.

"When I trained Promotoras in the Bay Area Promise Neighborhood, I saw firsthand how targeted learning and leadership development could change a family’s trajectory—helping parent leaders guide their own children all the way to college.

But when schools asked me to bring that same learning to parents through traditional principal coffee meetings, only 5 to 9 parents could ever make it into the room.

I built ResolvED to bridge that gap: taking the transformational power of the Promotora model and scaling it so districts can reach families in large numbers, elevate parent voice, and collect actionable data to drive real school change."
