ResolvED is a scalable family engagement ecosystem built to replace low-attendance meetings with measurable, community-centered leadership. We partner with school districts through flexible, mobile-first parent engagement workshops (like Every Day Matters) and our flagship 8-month Parent Leadership Academy.


Our workshops are far more than traditional informational sessions—they are diagnostic feedback loops. As parents complete interactive modules on their own schedules, ResolvED captures real-time, aggregate data on the root causes behind attendance gaps, family needs, and community trends. Grounded in the Promotora (Community Health Worker) model, we equip families with practical tools while giving district leaders the exact insights needed to understand why challenges occur and how to better serve their schools.

Build Parent Leadership.ResolvED helps schools and family-serving organizations strengthen family engagement by investing in one of their most valuable assets: parents and caregivers.

The ResolvED Parent Engagement &  Leadership Academy is an eight-month leadership development program based on the proven Community Health Worker (Promotora) model. Designed to engage families throughout the school year—not through a short-term training alone—the Academy develops a cohort of parent leaders who build relationships, strengthen communication, and help create pathways for more families to become connected to the school.

Delivered through an interactive online learning platform, the Academy combines short video lessons, realistic family scenarios, reflection, interactive activities, cohort discussion, and real-world application. Parents complete approximately 30–35 minutes of learning each week on their own schedule while progressing through the program as a cohort, with a school coordinator meeting with families monthly.

"Parent Ambassadors" are prepared to support meaningful family engagement efforts—from welcoming new families and strengthening communication to supporting literacy events, resource fairs, school activities, and other opportunities that bring families into the life of the school.

Designed for schools, districts, and family-serving organizations, the Academy moves family engagement beyond participation by developing parents as trusted leaders and long-term partners who help schools build stronger connections with families over time.
